Safety and learning quality are our top priorities. If wind conditions are unsafe or insufficient, we will reschedule your lesson. We closely monitor weather forecasts and will notify you in advance if adjustments are needed.
Basic swimming skills are required for safety, as you will be in open water. You don't need to be an expert swimmer, but you should be comfortable in the water and able to swim a short distance. A lifejacket is always provided.
Yes. All equipment provided in the course is regularly inspected, maintained, and updated to meet current safety standards. Your instructor will also ensure proper fitting and function before you start.
We recommend swimwear, a rash guard or light athletic wear for sun protection, sunglasses with a strap, sunscreen, a towel, and a reusable water bottle. We provide wetsuits if needed for warmth.
Kiteboarding involves moderate physical exertion, primarily in your core, arms, and legs. Beginners start with land-based training to build technique before entering the water. People of various fitness levels can enjoy it—the focus is on skill and control over brute strength
Mornings are often ideal, with steadier winds and fewer crowds. Your instructor will recommend the optimal daily schedule based on local wind patterns and tidal conditions.
Participants should generally be in good health without serious heart, back, or joint conditions. If you have specific health concerns, please consult your doctor before enrolling. The minimum age is 12, and there is no upper age limit if you are fit and eager to learn.
