We recommend starting around 9 AM to beat the heat and experience Qilou Old Street as local shops open. This also allows you to visit Dongmen Market when it’s most lively.
The village paths are mostly flat but can be uneven. We can adapt the visit and reduce walking based on your needs. Please inform us in advance so we can ensure a comfortable experience.
Yes. Old Daddy’s Tea House offers a variety of snacks. Please let your guide know your dietary preferences, and they will help you choose suitable options.
Rainy days can make markets and stone villages even more atmospheric. We’ll provide umbrellas and can adjust the timing to avoid heavy rain. Some outdoor areas might be slippery, so we recommend wearing comfortable, non-slip shoes.
Absolutely. Children often enjoy the lively market, unique architecture, and village scenery. Please let us know the age of your children so we can suggest suitable rest stops and activities.
The tour involves a moderate amount of walking. We estimate around 2.5–3 km over the day, spread across different locations with vehicle transport in between.
Yes, this is a private tour. If you want to visit additional sites like Haikou Volcano Park or the Hainan Museum, just tell us in advance and we can adjust the itinerary accordingly.
We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance. For last-minute bookings, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The full experience lasts approximately 7–8 hours, including travel time between locations. You’ll have ample time to explore, take photos, and interact with locals without feeling rushed.
