To have a bird view of Sanya, the traditional point is The Deer Park or the deer turn back park, but the Phoenix Hill Park or Fenghuangling Park is now the new point with a wider and better view. The Fenghuangling Hill is the highest point in Sanya downtown.
Located in Downtown Sanya, the hilltop park has stunning panoramic views of Sanya and the surrounding countryside, from Sanya Bay to Yalong Bay. This park is particularly worth a visit to catch the sunsets over Sanya Bay. It is possible to climb to the top of the mountain, but very difficult, taking up to 2 hours. Most people will just take the easy cable ride in about 10 minutes.

It is a private tour, so you decide what time to start. Normally, we recommend 9-10 am for the morning session, or you can start at 3 pm for the afternoon session to have a great sunset at Sanya Bay. If you wish to have a long tour, then a good option is to combine Sanya Romance Park with Sanya Legend Show after Phoenix Hill Park in Sanya.
