This tour requires good physical fitness and prior cycling experience. You should be able to ride 80–120 km daily for multiple days, including some hills and warm tropical weather. Training ahead of time is essential.
A road bike, touring bike, or sturdy hybrid bike is ideal. The route is mostly paved, but having a reliable bike suited for long distances is key. You can bring your own or rent from our recommended local partners.
Yes. Your luggage will be transported each day to that night’s accommodation, so you only need to carry water, snacks, and essentials while riding.
You’ll receive detailed GPS files and a road book. We also offer 24/7 phone support for emergencies, and a list of bike repair shops along the route will be provided.
Both! Self-guided is perfect for solo riders, couples, or small private groups. You’re free to ride alone and meet others each evening at the hotels.

Breakfast is usually included. Lunch and dinner are not, giving you the freedom to explore local restaurants and cuisine along the route.
