The tour typically starts at 7:30-8:00 AM from your Sanya hotel and returns around 5:00-6:00 PM, giving you ample time for both hiking and rafting.
Yes, private round-trip transportation is included. The drive from Sanya to Wuzhishan takes approximately 2-2.5 hours each way.
Wear quick-dry clothing, secure water shoes or sports sandals, and bring a change of clothes, sunscreen, waterproof phone case, and a towel. Avoid cotton fabrics as they stay wet longer.
The hiking is moderately challenging with uneven trails. The popular Hongxiagu rafting is suitable for most beginners, while the Grand Canyon option is more technical and recommended for experienced rafters.
Participants generally need to be in good health. For safety, children under a certain height/age and individuals with heart conditions or recent surgeries may be restricted. Your guide will provide specific guidelines.
Lunch is not included. Your guide can recommend local restaurants in Shuiman Town where you can try authentic Li and Miao cuisine, such as bamboo rice and wild vegetable dishes.
