Breakfast is included at your accommodation. For lunch and dinner, we recommend local eateries along the route—from Hainan’s coconut chicken to Guangdong’s claypot rice. Your route notes will include suggestions, and our leader can share hidden gems!

No problem at all. Our escort vehicle follows the route and can pick you up at any reasonable point. You can rest in the vehicle and rejoin the ride later, or be transported directly to that day’s hotel.

Yes! The routes have been carefully selected to prioritize safer and scenic roads, including coastal tourism roads and provincial highways with manageable traffic. Some sections in more remote areas offer peaceful, low-traffic riding.

Your main luggage will be transported each day by the support vehicle directly to the next hotel. You only need to carry a day bag with essentials like water, repair tools, and personal items.

Our support vehicle carries basic tools and spare parts, and our staff can assist with minor repairs. For major issues, we can help locate the nearest bike shop. However, we recommend bringing essential spare parts specific to your bike.

The route includes varied terrain. Hainan’s central mountains involve some climbing (especially around Day 5-6), but gradients are generally moderate. Most coastal and plains sections are flat to rolling, making for enjoyable long-distance riding.

Yes, the route passes through towns and villages at regular intervals where you can refill water and buy snacks. We also recommend carrying a water filter bottle for remote sections and trying local fruits from roadside stalls!

Safety first. If conditions become unsafe (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy storms), we may adjust the route or use the support vehicle for transport. Light rain is common in the tropics—a rain jacket and waterproof bag covers are recommended.

This is a self-guided trip, so you set your own pace! There’s no fixed group to keep up with. Our leader and support vehicle monitor the route, ensuring you’re never alone if help is needed.

We select comfortable, well-located hotels, ranging from international chains like Hilton and Holiday Inn Express to local resorts and quality budget hotels—all with private bathrooms and breakfast included.

On Day 12, you’ll take a scheduled ferry from Haikou to Haian with your bike. Tickets and boarding instructions will be provided in advance. The support vehicle and staff will also cross separately and reunite with you on the other side.

In Hainan: Wenchang chicken, coconut rice, and fresh seafood. In Guangdong: claypot rice, roast goose, and dim sum. Don’t miss street snacks like coconut jelly and ginger milk pudding!

Coverage is generally good in towns and populated areas. Some remote mountainous or coastal stretches may have weak signals. We recommend downloading offline maps and carrying a local SIM card for reliable connectivity.

It’s your day to relax or explore! You can visit Haikou’s historic Qilou Old Street, relax at Holiday Beach, or simply recover at the hotel. Our leader can provide recommendations based on your interests.
