Hainan Island Charter Service Guidelines:

Holiday Surcharge: Our rates apply for non-holiday periods. A 50% surcharge will be added during Chinese and International Public Holidays.
Reservation Notice: Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to final confirmation based on availability.
Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 72 hours before your arrival date. Additionally, bookings during Chinese and International Public Holidays are also non-refundable.
Driver Availability: Drivers are available for up to 9 hours a day, between 8 AM and 8 PM. The rental includes accommodation and lunch for the driver.
Extended Hours: If you wish to keep the driver beyond the 9-hour limit for dinner or shopping, an additional fee of CNY 100 per hour will apply, along with a meal cost of CNY 50.
Tipping Policy: A recommended tip of CNY 100 per day for the entire group is appreciated.

How to Book Hainan Island Day Tour Transfer Services and Make a Payment?

To book your transfer, please email us your travel date, flight number, number of passengers, and destination. We will respond within 24 hours.

For bookings outside of public holidays, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance payable to the driver upon arrival. For Chinese and International Public Holidays, full payment is required upon confirmation.

Payment options include bank transfer, PayPal (with a 4.8% surcharge), and credit card (with a 3% surcharge). You can also pay via WeChat without any additional fees.
