This is an intermediate-level tour. Participants should be comfortable cycling 40-70km daily on predominantly flat to rolling terrain, with one significant climb on Day 5 (Hero's Slope). We recommend regular cycling training in the months leading up to the tour.

We provide well-maintained flat-bar road bikes suitable for the route. Drop-bar road bikes are available for an additional fee - please specify your preference when booking.

We maintain small group sizes of 8-20 participants to ensure personalized attention and a supportive group dynamic.

Most participants are between 30-65 years old, though we welcome any physically prepared adult who shares our passion for cycling and discovery.

A support vehicle accompanies the group at all times. You can take breaks in the vehicle if needed, and our guide/mechanic provides prompt assistance with any mechanical issues.

Full refunds (less administrative fee) are available for cancellations made 30+ days before departure. Closer to the departure date, refund amounts decrease according to our policy details provided before booking.
