Cycling: 80km | Transfer: 35km We begin by tracing Hainan's western coastline. Ride from Haikou past the Zhongfei Wharf to the historic Lingao Cape, a poignant landmark. The day offers serene sea views and a gentle introduction to the rhythm of the road before settling in at your Lingao hotel.
Cycling: 90km Prepare for dramatic scenery! Today's highlight is the stunning Emei Volcanic Coast, where black volcanic rock meets the turquoise sea—a photographer's dream. The route continues along peaceful bays, leading you to your comfortable stay in Danzhou (Baimajing).
Cycling: 120km A longer, rewarding day along the famous Qizi Bay Tourist Road. Experience the raw beauty of Hainan's west coast with its windswept beaches, clear waters, and unique rock formations. The sense of accomplishment is immense as you arrive in Dongfang City.
Cycling: 100km This is where our "dual experience" truly unfolds. We leave the coast and venture inland. Conquer the impressive Daguang Dam before entering the lush, green world of the Tropical Rainforest National Park Tourist Road. The change in landscape and air is profound as we reach Ledong County.
Cycling: 85km | Transfer: 50-60km* Cycle through enchanting forest paths and shaded lanes, deep in the heart of the island. After a morning immersed in greenery, we transfer to the world-famous shores of Sanya. The contrast is exhilarating, marking our arrival at the island’s tropical playground.
Cycling: 90km A legendary day for cyclists. We turn north from Sanya and face the iconic Camphor Hero’s Slope (Hao Han Po), a challenging climb that rewards with breathtaking vistas. Celebrate your strength as we roll into the welcoming town of Xinglong, known for its rich overseas Chinese heritage and coffee culture.
Cycling: 105km Enjoy the renowned beauty of Hainan's developed east coast. Cross the mighty Taiyang River Bridge, pass through charming villages, and follow smooth roads lined with coconut palms. Your destination is the cosmopolitan resort town of Boao, home of the famous Asia Forum.
Cycling: 70km A slightly gentler ride along the picturesque Coral Coast. Soak in the relaxed atmosphere and stunning seaside views. Our journey brings us to the cultural hub of Wenchang, famed for its iconic coconut landscapes and as the home of China's spaceport.
Cycling: 80km The final leg! We ride to the wild and beautiful Mulan Bay, with its iconic lighthouse marking the northernmost point of our loop. From here, a short transfer brings us back to Haikou. Congratulations! You have completed a full circumnavigation of Hainan Island. Share a farewell meal with your new friends, celebrating an incredible 10-day journey of body, mind, and spirit.

This tour is rated intermediate. You should be comfortable riding 40-70 km per day on mostly flat to rolling terrain, with one significant climb on Day 5. Regular cycling training before the tour is recommended.
No. We provide well-maintained flat-bar road bikes suitable for the route. Drop-bar road bikes are available for an extra fee—please specify when booking.
We keep groups intimate, usually between 8-20 riders, to ensure a supportive and social experience.
Participants typically range from 30-65 years old, but we welcome any physically prepared adult who shares our passion for cycling and discovery.
A support vehicle follows the group closely. You can rest in the vehicle if needed, and our guide/mechanic will promptly assist with any bike issues.
Lunch and dinner are not included (unless specified), giving you freedom to explore local cuisine. Our guide provides daily recommendations, with optional group meals available.
