Haikou West Coast Golf boasts a Par-72, 267-yard course designed by Perry & Cynthia, third-generation golf course designers from the Dye family. Despite the tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, the design theme of West Coast Golf Club embodies a traditional Chinese natural landscape, featuring a gentle stream, fish ponds, and birds perched in the trees. With a 9-hole section facing the sea, players experience a vast expanse of scenic beauty while playing here.

Undoubtedly the signature hole, the Par-3 194-yard Hole 16 requires players to navigate over water from the black tee, hugging the right side of the concave fairway until reaching the top-dwarf Bermuda green. Seasoned players must carefully consider the tee-box slope to avoid wayward shots that may find the water.
The longest hole, Par-5 557-yard Hole 7, presents sand hazards from the tee-box to the first landing area. A powerful drive over these sandy obstacles opens up a generous fairway leading to the green.
