Sessions typically begin at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM, lasting about 2-2.5 hours from arrival to completion. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Wear your swimsuit under comfortable clothes. Bring a towel, flip-flops, and any personal toiletries. All diving equipment is provided.
Participants must be at least 10 years old and in good general health. Those with heart conditions, respiratory issues, or who are pregnant should not dive.
Basic swimming skills are recommended but not mandatory. You'll be guided by instructors and can hold onto pool edges if needed.
Yes, certified instructors will guide you one-on-one or in small groups throughout the entire experience, ensuring your safety and comfort.
Yes, you can choose based on availability and preference. The indoor pool features tropical fish, while the outdoor pool offers dolphin interaction.
The indoor pool is unaffected by weather. For outdoor sessions, light rain may proceed, but heavy rain or storms may require rescheduling.
Yes, underwater photography services are available for purchase. Personal cameras are not allowed in the pool for safety reasons.
Yes, clean showers, changing rooms, and lockers are provided for all participants.
Yes, there are comfortable viewing areas where family and friends can watch and take photos from above.
Instructors are trained to help beginners relax. You can signal to surface at any time, and you'll practice breathing techniques before diving.
Eat a light meal 1-2 hours before diving. Avoid heavy, greasy foods or alcohol immediately before the session.
Private round-trip transportation is included from your Sanya hotel. Your driver will confirm pickup time the evening before.
All diving equipment (mask, regulator, BCD, wetsuit) and one oxygen tank are included. Just bring your swimsuit, towel, and personal items.
You might enjoy a relaxing meal nearby or return to your hotel to rest. Avoid flying or strenuous activity for several hours after diving.
