Private Sail, Real Sanya
Step aboard a classic monohull from Hongzhou Pier—quiet, palm-shaded, no crowds. For 3 hours, you’ll glide past Dadonghai’s villas, Luhuitou’s peaks, with just wind, waves, and your crew (skipper + deckhand). No guide points—just the ocean’s rhythm.
Why Monohull? Lean Into the
Unlike stable catamarans, it tilts gently—you feelthe sea. Varnished teak decks, sun-warmed sails, nimble enough for hidden coves (dolphins sometimes visit). The skipper’s local: he’ll show coral reefs, name beaches with the best pineapple cake.
3 Hours, No Rush
Max 6 guests. 1st hour: sail past fishing canoes, try steering (crew watches). 2nd: near Wuzhizhou, hoist the sail yourself. Last: anchor at quiet beach—swim (life jackets provided) or sip coconut, watch sunset.
Quick Tips
Not really. Passengers over 65 years old and pregnant ladies are not allowed to join the sailing tour. Each passenger should confirm that they are perfectly healthy for this tour.
The boat is 36 feet and can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
There is 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, a leisure area, and a sofa.
There are 3 sessions daily: 9 am to 12 pm, or 12 pm to 3 pm. We recommend the morning session from 9 am, as it gets too hot to walk on the decks after 12 pm, and the sun is usually very strong.
The sailing boat docks at Hongzhou Pier near Sanya Bridge 鸿洲游艇码头, the first yacht pier on Hainan Island, and returns to the same pier.
